I have an AA degree in medical assisting and a license as an L.V.N. I worked for two doctors for eleven years. One doctor was an EENT and the other was OBGYN. Then, I spent three years at a convalescent hospital. During my nursing career, I took courses in Child Psychology and Child Development. I changed careers when I was asked to be the Kindergarten Assistant here at All Saints. I was the assistant in kindergarten for 23 years. From there, I moved to the Special Needs/Resource position. I have been the assistant in the resource room for the past seven years. I love volunteering because I want to see every child have a chance to succeed. I only hope I have made a difference.
