ASCS School Calendar
Parent-Teacher Group (PTG)
The All Saints PTG provides community building opportunities for school families. The PTG organizes fundraising, educational enrichment, and classroom support for the school. The PTG is there to serve the general needs of the school community. All parents who have a child enrolled in our school are automatically a member of the PTG. For more information, please contact: [email protected]. PTG meetings are held monthly. Meeting dates are posted on our school calendar.
Meetings
Meetings are held once per month; meeting dates can be found on our school calendar, and all school parents are encouraged to attend. The PTG provides a support system, whereby parents can work together to accomplish tasks for the school community.
Parent Leaders
Parents can volunteer or be nominated for leadership positions in the PTG. Elections are held every other year for the following positions: President, Vice President, Secretary, and Treasurer.

Safe Environment
In compliance with the Diocese and in order to help ensure the safety of our children, parents, staff and any volunteers are required to keep current their Safe Environment training certification through Virtus, and to complete Live Scan fingerprinting. The resources for both safeguards are found below. There is no payment required for either task.
IMPORTANT: Please make your first step in this process be to set up your Virtus account (see below, left). If there is no virtus account for you, your fingerprint results remain in a pending status in a holding file because there is no account to connect them to.
Virtus Online Training
The Diocese requires that all volunteers must complete this online training. Volunteers' certification must be renewed every three years. Your completion certificate will print with an expiration date directly on it. Visit VIRTUS ONLINE to complete your training. Submit your completion certificate to the school office.
Live Scan Fingerprinting
Please contact the school office for fingerprinting instructions.
After fingerprinting, bring your certificate to the school office. Fingerprinting is done one time only for schools in the Diocese of Oakland. Fingerprinting is one tiem only and does not need to be renewed.
